NFA Item Transfers ($100+)
NFA (National Firearms Act) items are highly regulated, to obtain them you are required to pay a $200 tax and have it transferred to a licensed dealer until your stamp is approved.
Firearm Transfers ($10+)
Firearms bought from an online dealer will need to be sent to a federally licensed dealer, the buyer must complete a ATF form 4473 and a background check before they may obtain the firearm
