Our Complete Rifles are covered by our Life Time Warranty which is very simple, “If it breaks, We will fix it!” 

BB-15 Complete Rifles are covered by an Unlimited Lifetime Warranty. Simply put if it breaks, wears out, or looses accuracy BB Defense will take care of it for you. Just send it back and if we can’t fix it we will replace it. 

BB-15 Complete Rifles also come with a Defensive Use Warranty. If you use your BB-15 Complete Rifle to defend yourself, your family, or your friends, and it is seized by the police as evidence we will replace your rifle at no cost to you. The only thing you will need to do is provide BB Defense with a Police Report and Seizure Receipt, we will contact the Police department to verify the report and send you a replacement rifle to your FFL of choice.

BB-15 Builder Sets and Receivers are covered by our Limited Waranty. We Guarantee BB-15 Builder Sets and Receivers to be compatible with all quality Mil Spec AR-15 parts on the market. BB-15 Builder Sets are precision machined and guaranteed to be within the tight tolerances needed for proper operation of your next build. If you have concerns about the quality or about the tolerances from either your Builder Set or your Receiver please contact us so that we can discuss how the problem(s) can be resolved. We recommend using only quality parts for your build. We can supply you with everything you need to complete that build. If we don’t have it, we can find it. 

The Coating on your rifle will come with a 1 year Limited Warranty covering defects in the coating like chipping, flaking, fading, or any other non normal use defects. By nature of normal wear of coatings in normal use there will be some wear on the coating itself. Damage to the coating of the Builder Set or Receivers while installing parts is subject to the discretion of BB Defense for warranty.

Rifles Supplied by BB Defense under the Defensive Use Warranty will be provided to the customer at the discretion of BB Defense on a customer by customer basis and BB Defense will not Guarantee that You the customer will receive the Exact rifle purchased. BB Defense will Provide a complete rifle for you to use for your protection and will do our best to provide the same caliber as purchased. If the same Caliber is unavailable at the time a standard 5.56×45 caliber rifle will be provided.  

BB Defense Complete Rifles are rifles completed by BB Defense before leaving our facility and are serialized by BB Defense as a rifle in our system. Rifles built from Builder Sets, complete uppers and lowers, by purchasing parts, whether through BB Defense or one of BB Defense’s Authorized Dealers, or assembled by anyone other than BB Defense will not be considered a Complete Rifle and will fall under our Limited Warranty for Builder Sets and Receivers.

Complete Rifles that are modified beyond putting on optics or changing the furniture of the rifle will be warranted at the discretion of BB Defense upon receipt and inspection of the rifle. If it is deemed that the modification of the rifle caused the concern of the customer all repairs will be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise decided by BB Defense. This is done on a case by case basis.  

All Warranty Claims are Subject to the discretion of BB Defense on an Individual Basis. One Warranted Claim does not mean all claims of the same type will be warranted.
